I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Valet Living (New York, NY) in Jan 2021
Interview
Very informal with direct boss. Follow up interview up the chain of command was informal as well but it became obvious that this was a formality since they needed someone to fill the position ASAP.

No questions that was not easy to answer. Just be honest and be yourself
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Valet Living (Birmingham, AL) in Apr 2023
Interview
Had a phone screen, then was immediately scheduled for a second interview with the hiring manager. After the hiring manager I was told I had to completed a ride along to get a feel for the position. I scheduled my ride along and provided them with unpaid labor of about 6 hours and have yet to hear anything back positive or negative. There has to be better follow up with your candidates, don’t leave people hanging.

Question 1
What’s your experience managing a team ? Are you comfortable handling trash materials? How are you with building and maintaining relationships?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Valet Living (Vacaville, CA) in June 2022
Interview
The 3 interviews I had went good, but I was never followed up with after my second interview, and I had to reach out multiple times to get answers on updates. To interview for a position that many times, and to be left in the dark without updates or an answer was disappointing. I even went out of my way to take my third interview while I was on vacation outside of the country(that is how serious I was about the opening). I hope they found someone to fill the roll, but a clear line of communication goes a long way.
