I was informed there were a total of seven interview stages, which is the first red flag and may suggest the company struggles with decision-making. I went through three stages of interviews over the course of 55 days—an initial phone screen with HR, an interview with the hiring manager, and then a panel interview.
Despite investing significant time in the process, I never received any follow-up or final communication from the company. Being ghosted after multiple interviews is unprofessional and reflects a lack of respect for candidates. If this is how they treat prospective hires, it raises concerns about their internal culture and leadership.
