You bring your resume any time, after they review it they contact you to set up face-to-face interview with both managers. Day of the interview, they'll bring you downstairs where it is empty and discuss skills, and personality traits with you. The overall process takes about 30 minutes. They will reach out to you after a week or so determining whether or not you get the job.
