Everything was recorded. No actual person I was talking to. The questions were given to me beforehand, and I could record my responses at any time within the week-long time limit they gave me, with infinite retries.

Question 1
Why do you want to work here? Tell us about your experience with Unity. What aspects of your current or past role have brought you the most joy or satisfaction, and why? Can you give an example of a time when you went above and beyond because you cared about the success or reputation of your team or company? Can you tell us about a time when you went out of your way to help someone, even though it wasn't part of your job or responsibilities? What motivated you to do it, and what was the outcome? Tell us something interesting/fun about yourself! What kind of salary are you looking for? What are your goals for the next five years?
Initial screening process required you to record yourself answer questions such as "why do you want to join our company?" and "where do you see yourself in 5 years?" To say the least, the process was quite demoralizing since you didn't get to talk to an actual person.
