I felt the process was incredibly unprofessional. I had three interviews, two on the phone and one in person. I also completed a contract review. I was told that further interviews would be scheduled with senior sales staff and the CEO. After two weeks I finally got an email from the recruiter that they were no longer considering me for the position. The issue is not that I did not get the position but how poorly they communicated the hiring process. Don't promise people that you are going to schedule another interview when you have no intention of doing so. If this is how they treat potential employees I would hate to think how they treat actual employees.
