I met with the hiring manager for a brief “get to know you round” then had a follow-up with the hiring manager where I did a brief sales training presentation then a more traditional Q&A interview. After that I was brought into the Boston office and did the same sales presentation for the hiring manager and three new Validity employees - 2 were virtual and 2 were in the room with me. They all had scoring sheets that I didn’t see. After the presentation they round tables questions to me about my background and how I would react in different scenarios. To say I loved the interview process is an understatement. Communication was quick and thorough, I was treated with respect and care, and received real time feedback. It was one of the smoothest interview processes I’ve ever had. Cheers to to you Validity!
