There were three rounds in total in the hiring process First was the Video interview second SHL test and Finally Interview with boss and HR They might ask for references also

Interview
straight forward. I applied then got invited to an interview. My mother tongue is english but i was told to speak as much finnish as i could. i managed to do the interview in finnish completely. thought it would make a good impression but it didn’t mean anything. i am a dark skinned man by the way. maybe it had something to do with it. a former school mate of mine got that same position and he did the interview in english. he’s lighter skinned almost white so that’s self explanatory.
