Interview was standard. The hiring manager didn’t sugarcoat anything, which I appreciated. You definitely should be proactive about asking about pay and how the commission structure works. It’s an old model, in my opinion, but at least I knew what to expect.

Done via email with a sample of your written work. If your writing is good and fits their style then you get an offer. Recruitment agent was very helpful during the process. The rates are not the best, but if you want a job where you can work from home it definitely has its advantages.
