Interview
The two employees conducting my interview only asked me one question during the entire interview. They spent the rest of the interview detailing the history of the company, the projects the company is working on and what they wanted from a candidate for this role. I would think for an interview they would want to hear from their candidates and give them the space to get to know them.
Thorough and diligent. Impressive office and strong team. They have an impeccable product and have opportunity to grow. They could work on a little work/life balance a little more, but with their product, its important to focus on their goals.
