Interview
They had a relatively short, but thorough, interview process. Typical interview questions with a few outside the box questions mixed in. Fairly basic technical questions. They were willingly upfront about the expectations of working there and what demands will be placed on the employee, such as the occasional need for crunch time of 60 hour weeks.

Interview
Technical interview was easy. Just basically do you know a little javascript and C#. No leetcode style questions. I think the company is really very technically strong so hence the low bar.

Interview
Typical interview process where you are approached by a recruiter, they take a long time to respond and I almost took another job while waiting on the slow / poor communication.
Standard phone screen with a supervisor and then a face to face with a little psudo code at a white board.
Then a horrible and invasive personality test, and for some a session with a psychologist. Almost as bad as when an employer would ask for credit checks and social media credentials.
