Easy, informal chat, friendly interviewer, asked to tell a bit about myself, answered my questions clearly, gave a positive impression of the company. Offered an interview day after application, quick process.
The interviewer called 5 minutes late for a scheduled 30-minute slot. From the first question, it was clear she was uninterested in a conversation. She was incredibly blunt and would leave long, awkward silences after every answer without providing any feedback or follow-up. It felt less like an interview and more like talking to a robot reading a script. Genuinely the most uncomfortable interview I have experienced purely due to the way it was conducted.
The interviewer didn't seem interested from the beginning and didn't make an effort to make the interviewee comfortable. The next steps was to fill a questionnaire which I was meant to get a response on, but never did.
