Written Test- Not a good question paper. They ask technical questions but test on writing style which they claim to be MSTP. but none of them understands the word MSTP.

The process included a written test, a technical interview and a listening & analysis round. Includes a patience test where you are asked to wait for the interviewer and the waiting goes in vain when the interviewer never turns up and you are asked to leave for the day. I have cracked all the rounds but was denied an offer for the reason being cancellation of project by the client at the last moment. It was a good experience attending the interviews (the process lasted for around 3 months) with a lot of time and affort put up in return for nothing.
