I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Van Chevrolet (Scottsdale, AZ) in Feb 2015
Interview
This was a 2 part process involving a sub contracted guy that was intense. The second part was a panel of stakeholders. We had to use a board to show our history and who we were, how we could help build our business, etc. If you know how to present in front of a group, you are good.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Van Chevrolet (Scottsdale, AZ) in May 2013
Interview
Multiple interviews. Role play. Personality test. I was interviewed by HR then the Sales Director. The whole process was quick & natural. There was no difficult or trick questions. The leadership here is clean & wants to you be successful.

Question 1
What makes you think you could do this if we gave you a shot?
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Van Chevrolet (Phoenix, AZ) in June 2015
Interview
The interview process went pretty well. Met this employer at a job fair. It was a pretty slow process though as they were trying to hire in bulk and hope that most of us stayed. The issue was with the training process as the trainer was completely downing his coworkers. We all found this to be very, unprofessional. Hopefully they can get someone else to train the training classes moving forward.
