Van Michael Salons interview questions

I applied online. They called me within the week. It was a group interview with 8 people. All the people that were dressed trendy were hired. There were barely any questions asked individually and they didn't seem to care the answers that were given.

Group Interview with 10-12 people and two interviewers. You meet the CEO and get a thorough overview of compensation and benefits packages. Questions are easy and you are not called upon individually to answer which alleviates stress. Selection is also based on physical presentation as they want you to look the part for a high end salon. Interviewers are very nice and answer any and all questions. You are offered water.
