HR phone interview was informative, informal and friendly. The HR team communicated with me throughout the whole process and kept me up to date with the interview process. It was also only about 1 week after I applied they contacted me. .

Pre-screening call was used first, but it was very short and didn't allow enough time to go into detail about my experience relevant to the role which was sad, but reasonable considering it was a pre-screening call.
