The people who interviewed me were kind, but the questions they were asking of previous employment situations were so incredibly specific and anyone without a stellar memory would be scrambling. They continued to ask me very specific questions of a job I had many years prior to the interview, after I made it clear I wasn't able to recall specifics.

Friendly, behavioural based interview questions with the Library Manager and a Supervisor. Both made me feel very comfortable. I would love to work with them.

Standard process of applying with resume and cover letter. Invited to interview couple weeks after close. Interviewed by small panel including HR Director and department head. Process gave insight into management style not being very inclusive, I am used to having more on panel with a mix of expertise and levels within organization.
