I applied online. I interviewed at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Jan 2023
Interview
Had a voom interview. It was only supposed to be 15 minutes. I got in the interview and it was suppose to be two people but one had to go home and asked to texted when the interview was about to start. The other person never got on the interview. So she stated we would just continue with the interview. 45 mins later it was me asking all the question and the person interviewing me just talk about their personal life. At the very end of the interview I was told I was at a disadvantage cause the other person wasn’t on the meeting. If that was the case it should have been rescheduled and not continued with the inter for 45mins. Ridiculous. I even emailed the next morning asking if she would like to do another interview so the other person could be on it as well and never got a email back and didn’t know I wasn’t considered for the job until I actually logged on the companies website it’ll and it stated I wasn’t no longer under consideration. I wasn’t even given a chance.

Interview
It was a slow, but easy process. They communicated well. They are not transparent about pay. The process was simple. Overall, the process was about three weeks from when I interviewed.

Interview
It was a quick turn around time from the time I submitted my application. The interview was informative. I felt like the questions were directed at my goals more than my work experience.
