The initial interview was through phone and took around 30 mins. The second interview was very thorough and very technical. HR manager evaluated my personality and work ethics and the department director focused on the technical side. I was called to a third interview right before Christmas, where the meeting felt like it was held to tick the boxes. Then there was no feedback or any other word. It was a disappointment really, hence I gave the rating
