After submitting my application, I was contacted by HR regarding the role and scheduled for an interview. I attended an interview with the hiring manager and team representative. The discussion focused on my technical knowledge and experience in thin film processes, particularly in CVD, as well as my ability to troubleshoot, adapt to challenges, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.After the interview, I received a follow-up call to clarify some details and discuss next steps.
