The interview process consisted of three-part interview meetings. First interview: 30 mins call - Introducing the company - The skill required for the position - A few questions about your experience and what you are currently doing career-wise. Second interview: 1-hour call - In-depth assessment of your skills and how they fit the position - Situational questions - Homework assigned (Important and a great opportunity to prove your commitment and skills) Third Interview: In-person meeting 2 hours - Feedback on homework - Meet a few members of the marketing team - More situation questions Overall: I was interviewed by the VP of Marketing who was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
