Interview
It was pretty easy, group interview with about 4 other people. He asked us some stuff about Vans like when they were first started and who they target. Gave us scenarios, like if you could up-sell a product to a customer what would it be? I said socks, belts hats ,or t-shirts. Then he just got to know us and told us more about the company. The best advice i could give is to be outgoing and charasmatic for sure.
Group interview with atleast 10 others. Maybe about 30 minutes. Best to tell stories of customer experience for answers to better highlight self. It was about 10 questions long with two store managers.

This interview consisted of a phone call and in person interview which was 30 minutes with the store manager in the location. This was an easy interview which was a basic retail interview
