They use a lot of questions where you give examples of how you would do things if you were in the position and past experiences. It was very comforting feeling like you were just talking to a friend about your experience and what makes you qualified for a job at this company. They use progressive questions unlike some of the old techniques (ex, what are your strengths and weaknesses) which was helpful to draw back to other examples you have had.
