External recruitment agent contacted me and after first screening forwarded my documents to Vantage hiring team. I had 4 CBBI (each lasted for 1h) interviews with 4 different people from Vantage (HR, Manager, Technical person). Overall interview impression was good but I did not like given reasons for rejection. More honesty expected in given reasons. for rejection. 1st reason lack of German language knowledge. I wrote in my CV that I do not speak German and I had 4 interviews conducted in English!?!? Why they had 4 interview which took a lot of my personal time if they knew from the beginning that I do not speak German? 2nd reason distance from the site. I mentioned that I am willing to relocate!?!?
