I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Vantage (NY) in Jan 2025
Interview
An internal recruiter managed the overall flow and was my first point of contact. Then I met the VP of Engineering who would be my direct manager. The technical rounds came after. The coding challenge was very realistic which I appreciated, no "gotchas" or niche knowledge required. Overall the team was friendly to talk to and accommodating to my schedule.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vantage (NY) (Oceanside, CA) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview process was great! My recruiter was SO on top of it - anytime I met with someone, he’d be in touch with me within the day.
I was able to meet with the VP of CS, a CSM peer, more CS folks on a role play call, culminating with a call with the CEO. I felt like I was able to get a really good idea of the culture, the role, and the experience of working at Vantage.
