Recruiters do a great job explaining the roles and expectations at the beginning. Wish there could be more detail given as to why they do not move forward with candidates. The overall process is pretty standard speaking to a recruiter and then a hiring manager. Just wish better feedback was given as to why they do not move forward.

Thorough with multiple levels of seniority involved in the interview process. Seemed to be a realistic job preview. Employees seemed excited about the company they were interviewing and selecting people for which was nice to see.

Interview
I initially had a phone interview, although no positions had opened up, but was brought back in for a F2F interview as some positions would be opening up later. The entire F2F interview was a very relaxed experience, as I felt like what I had to say was being listened to in order to better understand what I may qualify for. I was hopeful that the person interviewing me walked away with a good understanding of my strengths related to the entire selling process that could be looked at as a beneficial quality for possible future openings. Although my sales experience and skills may have been different than positions they may have had open, the people I spoke with seemed to enjoy the vision and work they do at Veridesk
