I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Varicent in Feb 2025
Interview
The interviewers from the technical interviews were amazing, really enjoyed the interview process with the team. I got good feedback on interviews, but then I was ghosted for a month, despite sending follow-up emails. Finally, they sent me an email on a Thursday that they wanted to meet before the end of the week to make me an offer. So, from ghosted to rushed. I had to cancel a plan on Friday evening to make space for the interview.
They gave me an offer of 40k/year, which was quite lower than what I expected for a tech company from Toronto, considering my seniority and the long interview process.
Whole process was 2 months.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Varicent
Interview
It was just a standard leetcode and panel interview. Just adding this because of a weird situation: after being told that I passed the interviews I got an improvised call by the recruiter that informed me there was some disorganization and "did not take notes" on the salary expectation, and then informed me of a new salary range which was at least 30% below the original number discussed.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Varicent (Toronto, ON) in May 2021
Interview
Got scouted by a recruiter. First did a leet code question at home and a week later got interviewed by Varicent. Two senior architects were on the call. The interview was 2.5 hours. It was nice.
