Variety Child Learning Center interview questions

The interview was held on zoom. A few questions were asked. Most questions were basic physical education questions and basic questions such as tell me about yourself and experience working with kids with disabilities.

I went in not knowing it was a group interview. There were multiple staff members. The Principal forgot to introduce one staff member which was an immediate red flag. I was informed I would get a tour of the building at the interview and that never happened. They threw us in with the kids. I had no experience and they made me an offer on the spot. Two weeks later they threw me in with the kids and I was NEVER trained although I was supposed to be getting training every day after school. I wanted to learn and grow and I told the admin and my head teacher and they kept putting it off. Not a good experience. Would not recommend to my enemy,
