Interview
The interview was conducted online, suing Zoom, which worked much better than I anticipated. It had the feel of a real interview. My interviewer was punctual and personable, and really listed to my answers.

Question 1
I was asked to sketch out an essay answer in response to an SAT style writing prompt, which had an odd feeling, since the interview was entirely oral. The interviewer, however, gave me plenty of time to work out a potential approach to the question.
I applied online and then they set up an interview with me. The interviewer's questions were straightforward and I also got to ask questions about the job. There was clear follow up on the next steps in the interview process.

The interview is performed in online/ remote setting.
You have to record yourself and you are given two tries to answer few questions asked.
There is a practice question to get you going.
There was no interview process. We just got offer letters and I think its because they are still starting and up and all. But I think its a great opportunity to learn and teach.
