I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Varsity Tutors
Interview
The workplace environment appears to be micromanaged to some extent, a conclusion drawn from my experience during the interview process.
The process comprised three rounds — a coding challenge and two technical/soft skilss assessments — all of which I successfully navigated.
Unexpectedly, the CTO opted for an additional "final" round. The encounter began with a brief and distant introduction, followed by yet another coding challenge.
Regrettably, I did not meet the requirements this time, and despite my efforts, there was no response from HR. I got ghosted.

Interview
First conversation with HR;
A chat and a live coding session with a developer;
A talk with the Tech Manager or IT Director;
After that, we talked about the proposal. It’s a straightforward process and took something around 4 hours in total
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe your experiences and the challenges you are proud of.

Interview
They reach out via LinkedIn, I make a space in calendar to see what the offered position is. Not a single negative comment from the interviewer, I explain my experience, she doesn't explain anything about the company or any position, "there are numerous positions you could be a good fit", treats me like an object. She tells me they'll reach out so I can do a technical test/interview, they never reach out again, they don't respond emails. Lack of respect for their prospective employees and their time.
