The process consists of 3/4 interviews. I only got to the second interview and didn't get a job offer. The first interview was with someone from human resources, who was super polite and friendly. The second interview was more technical, with a guy who seemed somewhat unmotivated to interview me but was polite. They were looking for someone who could more more things for a lower salary, and even though I wanted the job, maybe the rejection was for the best. At least they were honest about it in the job description.
