Interview
Quite literally the strangest and weirdest interview ever. I got invited for a F2F interview with the director (the building is very weird) and it was just like a 5 min chat with him. I think I spent more time waiting for that interview than i did in the actual interview. He explains the role so weirdly as he makes it out that it will be an actual marketing role rather than what it is. I got invited to a trial day the next day, but was told nothing about what would happen so I came to the trial day and then was immediately told that I would be going out onto the field. The girls who were looking after me took me to some place I have never been before, and left me in a coffee shop in the HEAT for 2 hours, I was literally bored out of my mind. When one of them came back, they took me to where they were to observe them, which is where i realized what the actual role was - trying to get people to buy things they dont need and handing out fliers. Literally, i was sat there by myself watching 2 people face rejection after rejection. Afer an hour of sitting there, i was getting bored and fed up. So i went up to one of them and asked them if i can go cos the role isn't for me. She told me to go sit back down and that she will come to talk to me when she can. me being the clown that I am I did what she said. She then came and sat down and literally called me rude and ungrateful and said that she had to take time out of her day to sit here and talk to me when she could be making money?? It was the most unprofessional thing ever and I told her I was leaving and she said that I would have to make my own way back home as they weren't leaving yet. I want my time back

Interview
A short interview conducted by one person. Job is described and then questions are asked. There weren't really many typical interview questions, they seemed to want to know more about you as a person rather than your skills.

Interview
I interviewed for a job here a few years ago and was completely missold the job role. I was under the impression that I would be going into a professional marketing role which was office based, later to find out after my training day that i would be standing on the streets of Birmingham trying to get people to sign up to products that sounded like a complete scam. This is definitely not what i signed up for and was completely below what I should be doing with my qualifications. In all honesty, the way that the ‘managers’ ran the training day and the snippets of ‘meetings’ that I attended gave the impression that this place was like a cult! For some reason I stuck out the whole training day, the whole time thinking this is a MLM and the day just got increasingly more degrading. It actually made me feel sorry for the employees that had been dragged into this company and brainwashed into thinking they would be managers and running their own side company in 6 months.
