Interview
The process involved in 3 steps: Psychological Test, HR Interview, and User Interview. I was in the User Interview Process for this Junior Analyst program. Well, it was a Management Trainee Program but you need to do the contract-based job in the first step before continuing your full-time job in Vasham.

Question 1
The interview was a study case about a company wishing to expand its market in several areas in Indonesia. I was asked to solve the study case for three days, however they sent me the study case pretty late, which quite depleted my time to do it. Afterwards, you would be asked to attend the presentation to the manager regarding your solutions of the study case.
