2 interviews. First interview, I met 3 different people separately. Talked to each for 30 minutes, with a lot of overlapping questions and topics. Total took more than 2 hours. Called back to 2nd interview the next week. Talked to 3 people also: one I had met before, and two new people. Again, spoke to each for more than 30 minutes, repeating many of the same topics. Took more than 2 hours. I didn't hear back from Vastardis until 3 months later with the accepted offer. In general, seemed poorly organized. Same questions repeated with many different people, feel as though they should have done a panel interview if the same people wanted to hear the same things.
