Hiring process started out well with an initial call with the director, who was very positive and engaging. Second meeting was with a member on the team. Third meeting was to present part 2 of the case study and the fourth meeting was with a panel of around 5-6 people to present the reminder of the case. The case took quite a bit of time to prepare (3 parts including a deck) and I was extremely disappointed with the etiquette of the panel interview. Robbie Deeks specifically was eating a sandwich during the interview which I found very unprofessional. After the hard work and the number of interviews I was called for, it would have been courteous to at least reach out to provide feedback and to let me know the outcome after the 4th interview. Kind of a sad process but I do feel like I dodged a bullet because I believe it is a reflection of how employees would be treated there in general.
