I interviewed at the Los Angeles office for a design position. When I got there, I was interviewed by two people on the creative team. They didn't really introduce their positions and the whole time they were running in and out of the meeting room to chat with their friends. They asked basic interview and portfolio questions. The whole interview was ended in 30 minutes and they did not ask if I had questions. I asked them when I would expect to hear back and they clearly had no idea. The entire interview was incredibly unprofessional and it left me with a bad impression on the overall company.

Pretty unprofessional. A 22 year old interviewed me and was swearing frequently trying to pass if off as casual. I was brought into different conference rooms and had to wait to get in due to an extended meeting. The office seemed unprofessional and extremely young. I honestly didnt know exactly what I was getting into at all. The interviewers seemed nice but not qualified to give the interview.
