I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Vector Marketing (Washington, MO) in May 2016
Interview
Because I was unavailable for an in-person interview process, Nick (Manager in Washington, MO), said it was totally fine to do a FaceTime interview. He was very relaxed and easy to talk to. It was clear he was trying to get a feel for my personality and personal work ethic, goals. The questions he asked were pretty straightforward, such as ones asking about myself, what I like to do outside of school, extracurriculars etc. The most challenging question was telling Nick what was a difficult situation that I faced in a past employment position, simply because I have a bad memory. Just be yourself and you should be fine!

Question 1
What was a difficult problem you faced in a past employment position?
What do you like to do in your spare time outside of school?
Why do you think you'd be a good fit for Vector?
What would Vector provide for you that would benefit you?
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
