I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Vector Marketing (Philadelphia, PA) in Dec 2014
Interview
The process was pretty short; there was a bunch of people in a room and they just explained all of the benefits, but it was blaringly obvious everyone in the room got hired because the employee turnover was so high. After the group finished learning about Vectors benefits, we were called in to meet with the sales manager one-by-one. He basically, offered me the job on the spot, I only sat down with him for about 15 minutes. After this, he walked me through how I would be able to train online since I was going on vacation the following week; then, he also gave me a CUTCO knife set. Apparently, they used to make you buy it, but mine was free in order to do demonstrations.

Interview
It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
