I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Vector Marketing in Dec 2009
Interview
Called and offered to interview in person. On day of interview, you and other candidates are led into room to await your turn to speak to hiring manager. In room there are descriptions of the company, awards, superior sales representatives, etc. in order to promote the job position. Hiring manager comes in and calls your name when its your time to interview. 1:1 very relaxed at first. Talk about yourself and interests and why you want the job, then cover your resume. If you sound like you have potential, and most importantly are MOTIVATED, you will probably be offered a postion (since this is an entry-level job). The hiring managers closes by letting you know if they'd like you to return for a welcome meeting.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
