Interview
There is a group of about 10 people in a rented suite waiting to be interviewed. The manager would come in and describe the goods to be sold- knives and other kitchen tools. He and the secretary demonstrated how well the special CutCo knives could cut. After explaining the work hours and pay, the secretary would then take two interviewees at a time to ask questions about the individual's goals in school, extra-curricular activities, and past jobs, if possible.

Question 1
None. They asked quite the simplest questions, and when they asked a personal question, they didn't seem to bother to really ask why.
It was interesting meeting and seeing the whole team do the very day roles. And building a network with workers and customers who knew or had no clue on our product and introducing it building our audience.
It was simple and relatively quick. It was during covid so it was on zoom like everything else was, they were respectful and gave me an answer in a timely manner.
It was very easy . The were very cooperative. The interview was on phone , asked couple of questions regarding my experience and passion . It was easy i thought it would be more difficult . They called me for the job but i declined the pay was commision based .
