4-part interview process: 1) fill out application in the office 2) discussion with supervisor 3) supervisor gave long interactive presentation with other interviewees/potential employees about company and job where comprehension questions were asked 4) paper quiz with short-answer personal/personality questions were asked

The interview was short and to the point, I got one interview and got hired. The interview was in person and it was a very smooth process. I got called in the next day to start work

It was cool I was able to learn about the importance of sales and the process I am just getting started in the sales business so this company was the first company to hire me in this capacity
