I was called into an in-person interview only to discover that the interview was going to be conducted with 3 other people. I found it misleading and uncomfortable. Initially it was a phone call, and then a group interview, and then they had extensive training for a few days. Expect to memorize scripts, make a lot of phone calls, and have long hours

Question 1
They had a whole presentation on the job and basically sold people the job. It was mostly college students applying for the job.
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
