Group style interview where they would pretty much offer any body with a pulse. Just trying to sign up as many people as possible to sell knives to their families and friends.

The interview was short and to the point, I got one interview and got hired. The interview was in person and it was a very smooth process. I got called in the next day to start work

It was cool I was able to learn about the importance of sales and the process I am just getting started in the sales business so this company was the first company to hire me in this capacity
