I applied online. I interviewed at Vector Marketing (Minneapolis, MN) in Dec 2019
Interview
Confusing and misleading. Interview is intentionally misleading in terms of what position entails and what and to who you will be selling (kitchen cutlery). Interview intentionally leaves out that your leads are cold leads you are responsible for finding using your own family and social network, and that continued commissions are dependent on that network's willingness to participate in product demonstration. Training process is intentionally misleading as it misrepresents the likelihood of financial independence and wealth reps are likely to attain in the postion.
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Vector Marketing in July 2025
Interview
It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
I interviewed at Vector Marketing (San Marcos, TX)
Interview
There’s a zoom interview that can take up to an hour. Questions are simple like why are you looking for a job, and asking if you can schedule a 2-day training on Friday and Saturday.
