The Interview process is very easy. Anybody can get hired here. However, the main target for Vector is teenagers fresh out of high school, or in college. This is looked on as one of the leading part time sales jobs, and many of the employers look for teenagers that need part time, and want self improvement.

What makes you a better sales person than the rest?
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.

There’s a zoom interview that can take up to an hour. Questions are simple like why are you looking for a job, and asking if you can schedule a 2-day training on Friday and Saturday.
