I applied online. I interviewed at Vector Marketing (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
The process is very straight-forward and not nerve- racking as some interviews can be. It's incredibly casual and easy to partake in.
However, the hourly base pay that was listed in the job description I viewed (& applied for) was further explained during the interview that it's an hourly base pay (option) after a successful appointment with a client & presenting their products (obviously with the hopes of a sale). So, it's not an hourly wage job, which the description leads you to believe. Which left me feeling like they deceived me right off the bat.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is a dream job of yours?
What interests you about this position/ business?
All of the questions were similar to these. Opinion based and doesn't demand a, "right" answer.
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Vector Marketing in July 2025
Interview
It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
I interviewed at Vector Marketing (San Marcos, TX)
Interview
There’s a zoom interview that can take up to an hour. Questions are simple like why are you looking for a job, and asking if you can schedule a 2-day training on Friday and Saturday.
