Friendly and to the point, General questions of where you see yourself with the company and personal goals. They will give anyone a chance to come on board if they show any form of professionalism during the interview. Dress nice and you're in. The main thing to know is to not refer to this job as a "pyramid scheme" the work comes from customer referral not you bringing new people on.

How do you see yourself working in a commission based environment where you have to get your own leads?
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.
