I went through three rounds of interviews. The questions they asked me were fair and relatively standard. I had enjoyable conversations with each person I spoke with and felt like it was a good match. Overall, happy with the process.

Question 1
What is your greatest strength and greatest weakness?
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at VectorBuilder (Frankfurt am Main)
Interview
People were quite nice and friendly. There were two online interviews that were very relaxed, and the last interview was in person. You need to know what they are doing and how your profile fits. On the other hand, HR is totally unprofessional and rude. I was getting messages on WhatsApp, for example, and the contract is extremely bad. Practically designed to exploit you. HR also pushes you to sign the contract immediately without giving you time to consider it, and they refuse to change anything in the contract.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at VectorBuilder
Interview
Multiple interviews, each half an hour. First was with a recruiter from an agency, then with various members of the company including the direct supervisor. Many questions about the company, and the science. Many about sales.
