Interview
Got a call from one of their HR's through a popular job search site and i was asked to come down to their premises. Was told that the position that i was being hired was for a leading bank in the Nordics(Scandinavian region). First round was a face-face HR discussion wherein they more or less drilled down to every minute detail in my resume. This was followed by another round with the country delivery head(more of behavioral + managerial).
I was then asked to come down for the technical discussion on another day. By that time, my CTC was finalized. I was interviewed by two gentlemen who concentrated more on Spring framework( Modules such as Security, AOP, Transactions, IOC) and myBatis. There were a couple of scenario based questions as well on session sharing. They also touched base on RestFul services. Post this, i was interviewed by two more men(from the project delivery side) on agile practices since the client religiously follows Agile Methodology.

The interview could be done by the employee that is not as experienced as you. I heard the same feedbacks from some friends who are still with the company. After I joined, I came to know that those who interviewed me was the very pioneer staff, so I guessed it could be one of the reason why they are conducting the interview.
