Interview process involves an initial phone screen by a human resources representative who collects some preliminary information and passes it along to the hiring manager, about a.30 minute process. If the hiring manager wants to continue you will be called in for an on-site interview and will interview with several people that will include peers that you will work with as well as other managers that you may interact with it was about a half day or so process. Overall a pleasant experience

My interview process was very pleasant, meeting Veeco's Directors and Managers. I met in 1:1 two Eng. Directors, two Eng. Managers, and HR Manager. All managers asked me about my experience with Vacuum Technology and how my experience can fit to Veeco's needs.
