Interview
Nice people, 5 interviews (with at least two more if I had continued to move forward) plus a project. They were very communicative, always letting me know where I was in the process and what the next steps would be.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Veeva Systems (Paris) in Feb 2023
Interview
First, I had an interview with the HR manager. Basic questions I would say. On video call. Shortly after, an interview with the Field Director, with a bit more questions.
Screening call with the hiring manager who was not interested in my experience in their industry for similar software, but more interested in what my friends would say about me. I get it, cultural fit screening.
I've got a no-reply rejection note with no explanation, so I sent my feedback to the hiring manager highlighting that's not the way you should treat people who take the time to prepare and have an interview with you and that they should send a personal note with feedback.
She sent me the feedback that they got people more qualified than me. Which is deffo not the true reason as I have a bachelor's degree and a CIM level 7 - so what, are they going to hire someone with an MBA for this role? :D Plus that was a cultural fit screening, the qualifications were already on the CVs.
Not having the decency to say politely that they didn't like how I answered their boring standard cultural fit questions or that they were not prepared to pay me what I said I am expecting ( they didn't even have the decency to disclose what are the brackets for the role).
Avoid!

Interview
The first interview was a 30 minutes call with the VP marketing manager. The second interview was with the first Associate Director (she tried to know you, your skills, what your are looking for ....) ; the last interview was with the Hiring Manager (the another Associate Director) (about 1 hour: during this time she asked more information about your experiences). Both interviews were by video conference. After succeeding this step, she decided to send me an assignment : the job was to create an EMEA marketing plan ! (Including social media post and e mailing template to create) I had to do it in 5 days. They were very demanding !! A bit to much because I had a job and Veeva has to understand that a candidate with a job has a priority : the current job.
I didn’t pass because I sent the work during the night instead of EOB, because the typo was a be different on a slide ... but the strategy was ok
Very bad experience because it took a lot of time to work on that !
